Like many businesses, we are currently experiencing challenges arising from Brexit, Covid-19 and other world events. Component shortages, for example, have made it more challenging to meet deadlines. Despite this, we will not compromise on our safety standards.

We are not alone in facing these issues as many of our industry partners and suppliers are facing similar and, in some cases, greater challenges. In some instances, this has led to increased load and activity in our own operations. Subsequently this has meant that, for some of our product ranges, we have had to increase lead times to ensure we can balance the need to meet customer expectations as well as maintaining the high quality and performance of our road safety products.

During these difficult times, we turn to our customers and clients to ask that you talk to us about your project timescales and future works, enabling us to work together in order to arrive at a solution for all parties. We need to understand your demands and establish how we can best satisfy them in the current situation. We will continue to do the right thing for our customers and appreciate the support and patience we have received from you.

In return, we are working hard and striving to implement new solutions where required and return lead times back to our normal levels.
