Simmonsigns is pleased to announce the launch of two new products to its industry-leading range of high specification, vandal-resistant traffic management solutions.

The new products will be officially unveiled for the first time at the 2016 HEA Annual Conference and Exhibition and include the Lumiflex illuminated, single piece moulded retro-reflective bollard and base system and the LU(M) high performance lighting system for motorway gantry signs.

Taking place at the Celtic Manor Hotel, Newport, South Wales, on Thursday 3rd November 2016, the annual HEA event is the perfect platform to showcase these innovative additions to the Simmonsigns range.

Lumiflex combines a bespoke polymer LED base light with a patented dust seal that reduces light depreciation over time. Key features of the bollard include a 12mm waterproof venting system that helps avoid condensation issues and an independent anchor system.

The large base aperture ensures ease of access and the use of polymer means the bollard is lightweight and easily recycled. Lumiflex is a one-piece bollard moulding with Simmonsigns’ trademark anti-vandalism features and the bespoke base light provides consistent lighting uniformity.

The second new product, the LU(M) lighting system, features a quick and easy alignment system making it ideal for both up-lighting and down-lighting motorway gantry signs.

LU(M) features a custom designed lens system for optimum uniformity, as well as self-cleaning glass for reduced maintenance. Simmonsigns has also developed the system with remote SELV option to ensure no road closures are required for maintenance work and the modular design ensures hassle-free upgrades. It is IP66 sealed and IP20 while being maintained to provide longer life and the optional security bolt is vandal-resistant.
