Over the past few months, the whole team at Simmonsigns have been working together to deliver a large order for one of our export customers in Cyprus.

This time, our Weebolfiex was in high demand. A flexible, yet robust traffic safety bollard, our Weebolflex is manufactured using our bespoke polymer material, and delivers outstanding high speed impact resistance, providing effective traffic management even in the busiest of areas.

The order from Cyprus was to manufacture and deliver 900 Weebolflex bollards in total and, just this week, the final 600 were shipped from our factory in Shropshire. Due to the size of the order, we immediately implemented a co-ordinated plan which involved our production, supply chain, sales and dispatch teams.

Simmonsigns’ Sales Director, Steve Keary, said “A job of this size is always difficult to manage. It puts pressure on our manufacturing facility, not just for the project itself, but also the knock-on effect it has across all of our other orders. Despite this, however, it is always a great opportunity to see the whole business working as a team. It was really pleasing to see all departments pulling together, ensuring the customer’s expectations were met and that the finished products (all 900 of them!) were of our usual high standard.”
