Traffic sign lights are essential for road safety; with signs conveying important information, it is vital that this can be both seen and understood by all road users. Regardless of the weather or the time of day, a high quality light will illuminate signs continually, helping to communicate these important messages at all times.

What makes the LUA traffic sign light so special?

Whilst it was launched back in the early 1990s, the LUA remains as relevant today as ever and continues to be a strong market leader. In the past ten years alone, we have shipped more than 150,000 sign lights and retrofit gear trays.

With light source changes, from Fluorescent tubes to PL lamps, LED and now also available as a solar-powered unit, the sign light has retained its iconic shape since its original design. This means our customers have been able to retrofit upgrades whenever they were needed without the expense of swapping out a full sign light – a much more cost-effective and environmentally-friendly solution.

The versatility of the bracket range – together with the ability to fit light cells, Nema sockets and CMS systems – means the LUA is, and will continue to be, the industry’s “go-to” sign light.
