Outlook 365; is our email provider with company email addresses. Email data and contents are stored in a Microsoft data centre and may also be stored on company computers under multi-layered password protection.

Hot jar; provides us with visual data on our website’s user behaviour through heat mapping, whist it can identify the users country and IP address it does not store any information that would, on its own, allow us to identify individual users.
